Hairy Bindweed Funnel-shaped large pink flowers, sometimes with white stripes. Large overlapping bracteoles. Leaves and stems at least slightly hairy. Climbing or prostate stems. Seed rarely ripens, reproduces vegetatively by rhizomes. Naturalized, probably a garden escape. Hedges, gardens, waste ground, roadsides, railway banks. Often found near habitation. |
