Flowering time: May-August. Perennial. Introduced.

Pink-purple flowers, deeply notched petals. Smooth, minutely downy fruits.
Rounded, lobed leaves, long-stalked basal leaves. Softly hairy stems, leaves.
Without rhizomes. Erect to ascending. Height: 30-60cm.

Found on roadsides, waste ground, hedgebanks, often near habitation.
Occasional, mainly in E Ireland.

Similar: Dove's-foot Crane's-bill, G. molle.
Smaller, pink flowers, wrinkled fruits. Longer hairs on stems.
