Marsh Pennywort Whorls of tiny inconspicuous pinkish-green flowers, 5-petalled, often absent. Round, shallow toothed leaves on erect stalks attached at centre of leaves. Creeping, mat-forming growth habit. Hairy stems, rooting at nodes. Found in range of damp or wet habitats. Less frequent in Eastern Ireland. Similar: Wall Pennywort, Umbilicus rupestris |
