Flowering time: May-July. Perennial. Native.

White or pale-pink flowers, erect, hairy, narrow stalks. Sepals down-turned.
Hairy, long stalked, circular or kidney-shaped leaves in basal rosettes.
Long leaf stalks, narrow, slender, not flattened. Hybrids occur.

Damp, shady places, woodland. Occasional, Co.Cork and Co.Kerry.
