Clusters of yellow flowers, petals fringed with glandular hairs.
Flowers in leafy spikes. Leaves have hairy edges, pointed, elliptical-lanceolate. Spreads vegetatively, can form large clumps. Height: 60-100cm.

Garden escape. Damp waste ground, river-sides, road sides.
