Honeysuckle Pink-flushed yellow/white flowers, needing sunlight to flower. Flowers not always scented, sometimes completely pink. Leaves grey-green, stalked, entire or toothed. Oval-lanceolate. Twining growth habit up trees, also carpets the ground in dry woodlands. Height: To 6m. The red berries are poisonous. Common on acidic soils in woods, hedgerows, scrub. Also found growing from mountain and coastal rock-faces. |
