Lamb's-ear Thick-stemmed spikes of small whitish or pink-purplish flowers. Soft, wrinkled, greyish-green leaves, deciduous but sometimes lasting into early winter. New leaf growth produced in spring. Hardy. Height: Flower-stems to 60cm. Grows in gardens in light, well-drained soil in full sun. Very occasionally recorded as a garden escape or discard. Identified by Paul Green.
