Flowering: March-October. Annual. Introduced.

Pink-purple 2-lipped flowers. Few/no hairs inside corolla. Irregularly deep-toothed leaves and bracts, truncate bases. Branched, more/less erect. Height: 10-30cm.

Fertile disturbed ground. Arable land, waste ground, gardens.
Less frequent in central Ireland.
