Flowering: July-October. Perennial. Possibly introduced.

Spurred yellow flowers with orange palate. Spur slightly curved.
Leaves linear or narrow-elliptical, single-veined, usually alternate.
Lower parts are hairless but inflorescence is often sticky-hairy.
Many erect branched stems, creeping rhizome. Height: 25-75cm.

Occasional, mainly S, E Ireland. Waste ground, roadsides.
