Flowering time: May-June. Perennial. Native.

Pale violet to pale grey-pink flowers with greenish-white spurs.
Leaves are narrow / lanceolate with rounded or wedge-shaped bases.
Often hybridizes with Heath Violet, V. canina. Height: To 20 cm.

Dry, well-drained heaths, open grassland, track sides and disturbed ground.
Scarce, SW, SE and W Ireland. Protected species.
