Ramsons / Wild Garlic Star-like white flowers in flat-topped umbels on slender stalk. Stalked oblong-oval basal leaves, pointed. Smell of garlic when crushed. Bulbs very small. Height: To 35cm. Frequent in damp, shady ground. Woodland, hedgerows, riversides. Similar: Three-cornered Leek / Three-cornered Garlic, A. triquetrium. Introduced. Narrow leaves, drooping flower heads.
