Umbels of yellow-green flowers. Small in-curved petals. Ovoid fruit spongy, ribbed. Numerous bracts and bracteoles. Very fleshy triangular leaves, almost cylindrical. Bi-pinnate or bi-ternate. Leaflets entire. Hairless. Ridged solid stems. Spreading growth habit. Height: 15-30cm

Coastal on sand, shingle, rocks and walls.
Most frequent in south of Ireland.
