Solitary white flowers with pink-lilac veins. Long-stalked. Occasionally flowers
are pinkish or mauve. Trifoliate leaves with drooping, long-stalked leaflets.
Thin rhizomes. Creeping growth habit. Height: 5-10cm.

Very frequent in shady moist ground. Found in woodland, hedgerows and among damp mossy rocks.
