Irish Spurge Bright-yellow inflorescence, umbels 5-branched. Broadly oval bracts with oval or kidney-shaped yellow glands. Very warty fruit, yellowish seeds. Stalkless leaves, alternate, oblong-lanceolate. Untoothed. Erect stems, unbranched. Slightly downy. Height: 30-60 cm. Acidic soils. Grassland, roadsides, open woodland, riversides.
