Snowberry Small terminal spikes of rosy-pink flowers, in groups of 3-7. Followed by round white berries. Calyx teeth persistent. Leaves rounded-oval, sometimes lobed, dark green, paler on undersides. Spreading, suckering growth habit. Can spread extensively. Height: To 2m Roadsides, waste ground, woodland. Widespread, common garden escape. Introduced from N. America. |
