Golden-yellow flowers in loose corymb on branched stems. Ray florets are longer and wider spaced than those of Common Ragwort. Basal rosette of undivided oval leaves with large terminal lobes. Height: 30-100 cm.

Very common. Wet or damp ground, marshes, meadows, roadsides.
