Flowering time: April-October. Annual. Native.

Minute yellow-green flowers clustered in leaf-axils. Sepals but no petals. The short-stalked leaves are fan-shaped with 3 deep-toothed lobes. Seeds are usually winter-germinating. Stems erect or decumbent. Height/spread: 7-20 cm

Frequent, dry cultivated or bare ground, paths, grassland.
